How can I find out what Linux distribution works with what devices?

Q. I have a Laptop with a wireless card that doesn't seem to work with any Linux distribution that I get! It's so annoying!

A. Check out the following weblink:
http://www.linux.org
Research under distribution specs.

Ubuntu 7.04 works pretty well with my WIFI.

Which Linux distribution is the easiest to use?
Q. I want to give Linux a try. Which Linux distribution is the easiest to use and most friendly to novice Linux users? I want something that works with minimal setup, for tasks like surfing the web, email, playing and burning CDs, playing DVDs, etc.

Which one should I get?
Thanks for the info and the link. That website recommend Ubuntu, Mandriva, OpenSuse, and Linux Mint.

A. Take a look at Linux Mint 6 which I can thoroughly recommend and runs pretty much 'out of the box'.

To decide if you like it RUN IT LIVE !

You download the ISO. image of Linux Mint 6 then you need to create a Bootable CD from the ISO. This can easily be done using Brasero/Nero Burning ROM or similar software. Linux Mint 6 can be run straight from the LiveCD you have created without touching your Hard Drive.

Which Linux distribution is the best for the computer with very low memory?
Q. I want to find a linux distribution which support the computer below 128mb RAM, even 64MB RAM, easy to install, and support USB devices.

So, which Linux is the best for my requirement?
The "USB devices" I means is the Linux Distribution have the built-in device driver for some USB devices.

A. You can try Damn Small Linux.
